1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on rtv99 and participate in any game, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or playing on this platform. rtv99 may request a valid ID at any time for age verification purposes.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If discovered, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure. It is the user's responsibility to notify rtv99 immediately of any changes to their information.
Required information for registration includes: full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and email address. rtv99 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification purposes.
3 Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any other person access to your account is a violation of these terms. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

rtv99 will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or email. If anyone requests this information, it is a fraudulent attempt and you should ignore it and report it to us.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on rtv99 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Please ensure that the mobile banking account or bank account you use is registered in your own name.
Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the deposit amount will be returned and the account may be placed under review.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Before processing a withdrawal request, rtv99 may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
4.3 Currency & Taxes
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The user is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. rtv99 does not provide tax advice.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on rtv99 are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time — please check the specific terms of each offer.
- If any error or irregularity is found in earning a bonus, rtv99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
- rtv99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
The rtv99 VIP program has five tiers, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Through regular active participation, users can advance to higher VIP tiers. The full terms for each tier's benefits and cashback will be communicated separately.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play & RNG
All games on rtv99 operate on the basis of fair play principles. Slots and table games use a secure Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps game outcomes completely impartial and verifiable.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, rtv99 will attempt to cancel the relevant game round and refund the wagered amount. Any abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a software error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Sports Betting
When placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets, the user makes decisions entirely at their own risk. rtv99 gives no guarantee regarding the outcome of any specific match or the odds offered. Bets will be settled based on official results.
6.4 Game Providers
rtv99 offers content from world-class game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read the relevant rules before starting a game.
7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are a direct violation of rtv99's terms and conditions, and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit it.
- Using another person's account or selling / transferring an account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Hacking, using scripts or bots on the gaming system.
- Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
- Using a third party's account or payment method.
- Attempting to manipulate the rules or outcome of any game.
In the case of any suspicious activity, rtv99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for the purpose of conducting an investigation. Withdrawals may be temporarily stopped during the investigation period.
8 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closure by the User
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before making the request. This process must be completed by contacting the support team.
11.2 Closure by rtv99
In the event of a violation of these terms, rtv99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In this situation, balance withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete.
If no violation is found in the investigation, the balance will be returned. In cases where a violation is proven, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.
